Description and Requirements


Your responsibilities will include:

Selling OEM VMware Licenses and Subscriptions in your market through the Lenovo channel.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, and work with them to identify business opportunities and drive sales.

Provide technical expertise to channel partners and customers to ensure they can effectively position and sell Lenovo solutions based on VMware technology.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for customers and channel partners, highlighting the benefits and features of Lenovo HCI solution.

Manage and track the sales pipeline for VMware solutions, and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and Lenovo & VMware product offerings.
You will be expected to support Partners in negotiating large deals with complex terms, conditions, price pressures and considerations.

This will require you to be capable of accurately assessing customer requirements and product capabilities to ensure the Lenovo solution based on VMware is chosen as the preferred one.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
Good knowledge of VMware solutions and virtualization technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of the channel sales model.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in the use of sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office. You'll report to Sales Manager Enterprise.
