For our client fighting against food waste:
In the People team, you'll be the guiding light for management teams in both France and Spain.


This position will support both the corporate functions and warehouse environments and require frequent visits in their warehouse (once a week) and occasional business trips in other hubs, including Spain (once a quarter).

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience supporting teams in a
fast-paced environment. Proven experience in companies with their own internal warehouses or supply chains is a must.

Major mission

Business partnering:
Robust understanding of best practices in warehousing, operations, and supply chain dynamics is a must-have.

Partnering with managers to understand their needs and provide
guidance and support on employee relations matters including
performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution,
while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Outline business issues related to people with a data-driven approach
and analyze, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and
organizational changes, acting as a business strategic driver.
Vital bridge between our warehousing, field operations and other
departments of the company.

Talent acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing
making job offers, as well as collaborate with hiring managers to
identify top talent.

Talent development Support managers and employees, to enhance the skills and
capabilities of the workforce, fostering a culture of continuous learning
and development.

Team projects and initiatives
Contribute to talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives,
and continuous enhancement of employee experience


Recruitment:
Strong interviewing and assessment skills to ensure the right fit

Project management Previous work experience on the management of career development, and employee experience projects.

Langages Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal (if you also speak
Spanish it's a big big plus).

Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
