Job description:


Overall job définition:

EHS management system and standards design, deployment and improvement.


Main missions:


Referential implementation:


  • Pilot the design, the deployment and the improvement of ACC EHS referential (Procedures, Essentials, audit checklists, KPI, dashboards,...) ensures integration systems optimization,
  • Organize and run a training program in the sites to support with the implementation, even if necessary temporary secondment as "flying trainer" and "flying support".

Certification:


  • Take part or even pilot certification project (ISO 14001, ISO ?

Technical and regulatory support:


  • Provide support on technical and regulatory issues
  • Concerning accident/incident, supporting and advising sites to find the root causes and implement solutions to reduce this type of event
  • Develop and facilitate forums for knowledge and sharing of best practices along with general integration of EHS programs across sites including integration of EHS initiatives.
  • As a "flying doctor", according to the case can be temporary detached to a site.

Tools:


In general:

  • Implement the validated tools and organize the deployment and training of the teams

Audits and certification

  • As an internal auditor, take part in the internal and cross site ACC Referential assessment program and contribute to monitor
  • Help sites to prepare for audits and assist sites them with their audit action plans establishment,

Reporting

Profile:


Knowledge:


  • Experience in EHS management system (ref ISO 45001/ISO14001)

Experience:


  • 57 years of experience in highrisk industries as EHS Engineer/manager in plant or in Corporate.

Qualification:


  • Graduated from Master degree (Technical or Engineering)
  • Desirable: Master's degree in EHS management

Some extra skills that could make the difference:

  • Previous experience in the battery or the automotive industry
  • Previous experience in an integrated management system
