Our client is a leading specialty chemical distributor in Europe._

Location :
Ideally home office centre France

Salary package:
Fix + bonus 10% + company car

General of this role:

We are seeking a profile with a dynamic personality(can be a junior profile) who is customer oriented with
solid Technical and commercial background.

This position reports to Sales director Additives.

Main Missions/Objectives:

New market, new customers acquisition
Business development
New product launch
Product management, Marketing planning
Maintain and develop existing customer base.
Implement action plan to introduce new product range and consolidate existing one.
Engage internal skills and expertise to support customer demands.
Work with back office/logistic for daily operation.
Forecast and reporting for Key accounts.

Qualification requirements:

Technical/Scientific background, BTS/License, Engineer/master's degree in chemistry, Material, is a plus.
Over 35 years' experience
Commercial background role in specialities chemical distribution sector. (Ceramic powder, fillers, Aluminium Oxyde /Dioxyde)
A record of successful new product / New customer acquisition "Hunter"
Customer/Result oriented
English operational both oral and written, will be preferred.
Willingness to travel mostly in France and EU, up to 40%
