A vacancy for an Export Control Officer has arisen within LOETF - Export Compliance at Airbus Defence and Space in France (Toulouse).

Your challenge :

Continuously track evolution of export control national & international laws and regulations (including ITAR and EAR) and liaise with relevant government authorities.

Provide permanent advice and support to the business, including tools

Deliver training to business functions concerned.

Ensure permanent intelligence on « end use(r) » countries or customers.

Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including trainings, surveys, etc..

Support and coordinate actions of the supply chain.

Support the implementation of Airbus Directives and Methods.

Define, update and enforce end-to-end export control process.

Prepare export control documentation in order to get timely clearance for export.

Monitor and update list of products, documentation, equipment, components and/or parts subject to export restriction.

Apply for export licences; release of deliveries incl. physical checks.

Classification and administration of licences incl. record keeping.

Preparation and support of the Airbus Sanctioned Country Process.

Your profile :

Experience in Export Control appreciated

Ideally knowledge of the Airbus Programmes and Business Lines

Good knowledge of relevant IT tools, MS-Office and Google Workspace

Pro-active, well-structure and team-oriented working approach

French fluent

English fluent

Legal or engineering background
