He/She is responsible for:

  • Monitoring the operational and financial performance of the Chilean and Japanese assets:
  • In liaison with the Performance team and the hubs, identifies the levers for optimizing the P&L of the Assets (production and revenue optimization, control and optimization of OPEX)
  • In conjunction with the Performance team, review monthly the operational performance of the assets (vs. internal budget, external business plan)
  • Analyze monthly and/or quarterly the financial performance of the assets (financial statements / updated BP vs. internal and external budget)
  • Production of key indicators (creation and generation)
  • Review of operational and financial forecasts:
  • Critical review of assumptions and optimization proposals
  • Preparation of the Budget and LRP of the assets in coordination with the finance, strategic planning and construction department
  • Preparation of the governance bodies of the project companies in connection with the hub
  • Coordination of the relationship with the projects' coshareholders:
  • Reviewing the legal package
  • Coordinate the feedback of operational issues
  • Analyze and synthesize the key elements before each committee and review with the directors/administrators
  • Prepare a summary note before each board meeting
  • Preparing the analysis of the financial statements and their validation during these meetings
  • Analyze financial statements, budget, business plan updates in coordination with the finance department
  • Ensure that validation deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and support the hubs in case of claims
  • Followup on equipment warranties for EPC contracts
  • Manage claims with suppliers
  • Management of insurance claims
  • Coordination and support to hubs for the implementation or renewal of major contracts (O&M, AM...)
  • Implementation of processes at the hubs level
  • Supervise the deployment of Asset Management standards
  • In connection with construction and hubs, supervises the reception of assets
  • Feeds the REX
  • Followup of post acquisition actions

Context and environment


Position within TotalEnergies Renewables International (TERI), a wholly owned subsidiary of TotalEnergies dedicated to the development, financing, construction and operation of large-scale solar and wind power plants and electricity storage facilities.

TERI is a major contributor to the Group's strategy and objectives to reach 35 GW by 2025 and 100 GW by 2030 of renewable energy.


The Asset Management, O&M and Performance department is responsible for monitoring TotalEnergies Renewables International's projects in operation and coordinating the international hubs, including: forecasting/monitoring/optimizing asset performance and risks (technical, contractual, financial, etc.), reviewing assumptions and making presentations to internal committees, providing information for the Group's financial communication, commercial negotiations of O&M/AM subcontracting agreements, preparing governance bodies of the project companies, strategic studies of development opportunities, etc.


The team is based in Paris and works in conjunction with the local teams and with the support of the Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations and Structured Finance departments.


  • Proven asset management and/or accounting/management skills
  • Experience in the renewable sector desirable
  • High school education (engineering or business), at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Fluent in English, Spanish or Japanese is a plus
  • Synthetic and analytical mind
  • Open and curious personality, with a keen sense of managing crossfunctional relationships
