Description

Tasks:

Coordinate release and deployment management activities to ensure effective service management;
Assist in supporting models and managing transition of projects and new services into the businessasusual model;
Make improvements to the release process on a regular basis, aiming for consistent, ontime delivery of high quality releases;
Ensure quality is maintained throughout the service delivery process within area of release and deployment management;
Coordinate and ensure quality of operational documentation review and delivery;
Build and maintain strong relationships with operational peers to oversee and ensure all service lines are provided in accordance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Additional Tasks:

Support the integration of new users to Core Business Systems, if needed.
Support the amendment and the adaptation of release process to the new agile environment.

Education Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of education (master's degree or equivalent), after the secondary school.

Job Requirements

Minimum Experience Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience; Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in release and deployment management, including DevOps activities and/or transition into operations activities.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

Certification in ITIL/ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation and/or ITIL Specialist;
Certification in DevOps Fundamentals or Foundation;
Certification in Prince 2 and/or Agile methodologies is considered an asset;
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle;
Working experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery is considered an asset;
Interpersonal skills and problemsolving abilities.
Additional Qualification, Knowledge and Skills
Experience with JIRA and other ITSM tools
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously;
Must be flexible, independent and selfmotivated;
Understanding of project management and support issues including managing risks issues quality and actions logs;
Strong crossgroup collaboration abilities;
