YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris, in our superbe HQ, from September 2023.

In the Global Dairy and Waters Sustainability team, we are passionate about making this belief a reality.

We sit at the crossroads between the internal experts working to deliver Danone's One Planet One Health mission and our brand teams.

We support our brands in setting their impactful and ownable OPOH vision and commitments and bringing them to life in a valuable way for all stakeholders internally and externally.


We are looking for 2 Global Sustainability Brand Apprentices to join us (one in the Dairy category and one in the Waters category) to accelerate the One Planet One Health transformation of our brands.

Community Engagement & Upskilling
  • Bring to life engaging and relevant sustainability content to inspire and upskill a workplace community group of +1000 colleagues worldwide. Responsibilities include working directly with creative agencies.

KPI Tracking:


  • Track, update, share local and global sustainability KPIs to feed into strategy planning.

Activation Toolkits
  • Developing campaign toolkits for moments to help our brand teams bring to life sustainability topics in the most relevant way.

Market Benchmarking
  • Lead external competitor sustainability monitoring.

Project Work
  • Working with markets to build performance reviews with clear recommendations on key sustainability initiatives.

Brand Sustainability Support - Participate in shaping brands vision and commitments on sustainability.


THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP:


  • Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
  • Your salary will depend on our apprentice salary grid, depending on your age and study level.
About you


You are:


  • Available from September for a duration of 12 or 24 months
  • You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school
  • You have previous experience in brand management and are passionate in sustainability ?
  • Do you speak english ? We need someone who is fluent
  • Collaborative and curious, you have good relational skills and you are able to adapt yourself to different stakeholders?
