    Dans un marché en forte croissance, nous recherchons leur :

    Directeur R&D Software

    (Basé en région lyonnaise)

    Membre du Comité de Direction, acting CTO, reportant au CEO et au COO, avec votre équipe qu'il faudra étoffer, vous êtes responsable de l'accélération du développement d'une plateforme logicielle visant à piloter l'optimisation des systèmes de production de vos clients.

    Pour cela :

    • Vous définissez et mettez en œuvre la roadmap technologique en alignement avec la vision de l'entreprise.
    • Vous managez, coordonnez les différentes équipes R&D et techniques (Ingénieurs Développement, Architectes Logiciels, Data Scientists…) et recrutez de nouveaux collaborateurs.
    • Vous dirigez la conception et le développement de cette plateforme de l'architecture globale jusqu'à l'implémentation.
    • Vous supervisez la conception et l'implémentation des algorithmes d'optimisation stochastique pour la planification dynamique de production, le développement de l'architecture distribuée ainsi que l'Edge Fog Cloud pour le pilotage temps réel, ainsi que le développement de solutions software à destination de l'industrie.
    • Vous mettez en place les processus de développement agiles.
    • Vous transformez les résultats de recherche en solutions et assurez la protection et la valorisation de la propriété intellectuelle développée.
    • Vous collaborez avec les partenaires académiques prestigieux et industriels pour intégrer les avancées en recherche.

    F/H, de formation supérieure en informatique, génie industriel ou mécatronique (Ingénieur ou équivalent. Un PhD sera apprécié), votre anglais est courant. Vous avez une expérience en Direction de Projets R&D logiciels innovants dans des environnements industriels combinant hardware et software .Vous avez déjà développé des systèmes cyberphysiques, jumeaux numériques ou solutions digitales. Vous maîtrisez les architectures distribuées et les systèmes temps réels ainsi que le développement de solutions software . Vous avez une connaissance des problématiques d'intéropérabilité.

    Le poste s'adresse à un profil très orienté systèmes, modélisation et software, capable de transformer un savoir métier industriel déjà structuré en plateforme de décision robuste.

    Maîtrise des approches d'optimisation et de planification (heuristiques, méta-heuristiques, approches hybrides, optimisation sous contraintes).

    Capacité à transformer des règles métiers existantes en algorithmes exploitables, robustes et explicables.

    Expérience avérée dans le passage d'un POC à une solution logicielle industrialisable (architecture, dette technique, validation, performance).

    Vous êtes doté d'un esprit d'analyse, d'une vision stratégique, que vous traduisez en roadmap et actions concrètes. Votre forte capacité à comprendre et à arbitrer des sujets techniques, votre sens relationnel et votre leadership vous permettent de fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.

    Autonome, aimant évoluer dans des environnement start-up en fort développement, vous êtes orienté résultats et capable d'équilibrer excellence technique et pragmatisme business.

    Votre passion pour l'innovation industrielle et la transformation digitale du secteur seront vos principaux atouts.
