Role Overview:

The Channel Operations Team Leader is part of the EMEA Channel Operations team, reporting directly to the EMEA Channel Operations Director.

The role covers a wide range of initiatives and will locally coordinating a team of Inside Channel Operations Specialist and Channel Administrators.

He/She will ensure consistent business processes and proactively contribute to the improvement of the channel support activities

An essential part of the role is to lead, coach, motivate and train the team, so previous Channel Sales experience and team leading skills are required.

Responsibilities:

Daytoday management of the team ensuring the achievement of internal and external customer satisfaction goals
Acts proactively to ensure the team operates and works collaboratively to build and develop a unique identity and community.
Manage the daytoday workflows ensuring an effective distribution and delegation of work
Ability to monitor and analyze channel request to give precise feedback to senior management.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the field to ensure consistency of partner support processes.
Identify challenges and proactively suggest improvement to existing processes with the goal to deliver best in class Operational support

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Solid understanding of channel sales/operations end to end processes
Previous experience of working in an international context
Proven experience and demonstrable skills in team management.
Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
Ability to communicate both verbally and in written forms with both internal team and channel customers.
Goal oriented individual, with team leader experience.
A strong work ethic, with a team player mentality
Advanced in SFDC
Fluent English
