\[Within Symrise] The Taste, Nutrition & Health (TN&H) segment uses its combined expertise as well as scientific research to offer customers and partners unique, natural ingredient-based and sustainable solutions in the areas of taste, nutrition and health. With more than 100 sites in over 40 countries, the segment serves the markets of the food and beverage industry as well as manufacturers of pet food and fish food. The segment is divided into the two core Food & Beverage and Pet Food divisions as well as the two Aqua Feed and Probi units.

Tasks

Your role

Based in Rennes (35), directly reporting to TN&H Communications Director, her/his mission will be to contribute to an efficient internal relay of the company strategy, infusing link and consistency in all initiatives launched within the segment, accompanying change communication and promote image and values of the company.

Her/his missions will cover:

Contribute operationally to the appropriate implementation of the communication strategy of the segment, in total alignment with the Group positioning, being force of proposal in terms of internal communication flows, tools and deliverables. Close collaboration with communication of divisions and BU will be frequently required, equilibrating respective scopes and ensuring coordination.

- accompany support functions in deploying, from an internal communication point of view, their key projects, ensuring the appropriate cascading and understanding, infusing global coherency with other messages, respecting graphic guidelines of the company.

Be the support of the Group for provide answers recurrent group request inputs about TN&H in the internal corporate tools (intranet, internal magazine, annual report, etc.), coordinating divisions.
Contribute to content on digital tools (social network architecture, intranet "tree structure", domain names management, etc.) in close coordination with Business Units and Corporate communication departments. Challenging existing tools and being force of proposal of solutions, always answering respective needs and serving efficiency.
Lead events management: quarterly calls, annual and punctual Nutrition events, organized locally or globally

Requirements:

Your profil

Master's degree in Communication or equivalent
5 years' experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international environment
Extensive knowledge of Adobe creative suite
Digital and social networks sensitivity
Fluent English mandatory, German or Spanish being a plus.
Organized, autonomous, able to work on various topics simultaneously
Loving teamwork and experiences in project management
Open minded, agile, energetic, reactive, perfectionist, trustful (confidential topics)
Excellent relational to all level of positions
Good written and oral communication skills
