_Battery Anode Material (BAM)_

Summary of job content:

Assistant to BAM&Integration officer for all the topics related to BAM development
Support BAM finishing operations with technical knowledge and experience in the area of BAM production process, equipment and QA/technology

Key Accountabilities:

Assists the BAM&integration officer in all the topics related to BAM development
Designs the equipment in collaboration with technology and engineering
Participates in procurement of key equipment, validates the offers from the technical perspective
Participates in implementation and commissioning of equipment, in close cooperation with engineering team
Responsible for product / process qualification to the customers, in close cooperation with technology and production
Trains personnel on BAM technology, production process, quality control and other technical aspects
Establishes technical SOP for the equipment, in close cooperation with production, technology and engineering
Responsible for ramping up the equipment to the nominal capacity
Responsible for quality/final conformity check before shipment of the product

Skills & Experience:

Master Degree in engineering
Expertise in the area of BAM production, technology, QA
Leadership skills
Developed communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in written and spoken English, incl. technical vocabulary
Minimum 15 years of experience with similar production in the area of production, experience in engineering, maintenance, product development or quality appreciated
