Description

Are you an experienced Technical Manager who is an expert in managing technical activities and business development?

In this role you'll be managing local technical service and presales activities including project coordination and implementation to support your Sales Managers, Direct customers and Channel Partners.

You will play a key role in the successful deployment of our Product portfolio to Customers/Partners within the assigned area whilst collaborating with the Area Sales Manager to deliver sales revenue growth targets.

You will be the referent to Customers as regards to technical support, first aid trouble shooting, product recommendation, regulatory documentation.

You are accountable for the pre-sales and technical service activities to support Stepan Customers and Channel Partners in collaboration with the assigned Area Sales Managers.

You manage Tech service team's task allocation relevant to business priorities, ensuring timely and accurate response to customers and other stakeholder.

You are prepared to travel regularly to meet customers/Partners in situ. You report to the EMEA Sales Director.

Qualifications & Education:

Education and/or Experience Required:

Higher education in Chemistry
Minimum 5 years of related experience in technical support role within a technology based company with complex B2B interactions.
Ability to lead and work within cross functional teams or projects.
You are curious, you know how to transmit your enthusiasm and your communication skills are recognized both internally and externally
Strong ability to drive change. Autonomous and organized
Fluent English, French will be a plus.
