    Your role :

    As Test Bench Technician you will be part of the System Engineering, VV, Configuration management and tests team. Our team is very dynamic and motivated to support the development of our brand new aircraft

    In the frame of the test campaign, you will have the opportunity to work on our real new products by running tests on them to ensure that the product meets the specifications and then be able to obtain the permit to fly

    You will be in charge of coordinating and executing the maintenance of our test benches in ground installations at Ascendance. In this regard you will participate on existing test benches to work on repairs, improvements, adaptations and upgrade in line with configurations requested by the arrival of our systems under test.

    You will ensure that test facilities are used in accordance with all safety laws and regulations in force within the company.

    As Test Bench Technician, you will as well run tests of system under tests according to relevant test procedures

    Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Test bench repairs, improvements and setups according to configuration needs
  • Run Test procedures
  • Point of contact with facilities management for supply, storage handling and overall continuous improvement of testing facilities
  • Execute test means maintenance strategy (including metrology)
  • Co-define safety procedures with facilities manager in accordance with current active test means activity
  • Help harmonize test means quality assurance with common processes, planning and execution

    • Profil recherché

    The job has been made for you if you have :

  • Have 7+ years of experience in installation, setup, maintenance or repairs of ground test benches in powertrain applications
  • Are comfortable in working in high power applications (> 200kW) with electrical, mechanical and chemical facilities
  • Have demonstrated an ability to efficiently organize your work and optimize processes including work sheet execution and timely and qualitative reports
  • Have already run tests
  • Are comfortable with safety procedures and regulations associated with electrical drivetrain installations
  • Have experience in aerospace ironbird grade test benches
  • Have experience in flight simulator environments
