Description

Reporting to the Business Manager Connectivity, the Marketing & Communication Manager is at the heart of the development projects of the whole BU by participating to the creation of SG Quartz Marketing & Communication strategy and by executing it to support BU ambitious growth targets.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Propose strategic action plan for digital and operational Marketing & Communication to support the strategy of the BU to grow in multiple high value markets.
  • Execute and deliver the Marketing & Communication strategy with the support of multiple functions within the organization and/or through external support with the responsibility to manage the related budget of 200k€:
  • Operational marketing & external communication:
  • Trade shows & Exhibitions: Organizes the participation with the support of business team. Designs booth & visuals and coordinates event promotion etc.
  • Editorial calendar & Social networks: Develop and manage the editorial calendar for marketing and communications to deliver upon the identified strategy. Responsible to online publishing on professional social networks.
  • Digital marketing:
  • Website management
  • New website creation for newly developed product portfolio
  • Lead websites optimization based on SEO and Analytics findings to optimize visibility of our solutions in targeted countries.
  • Brand management:
  • Ensure the proper registration of brands in countries of interest and their classification to protect BU's interests.
  • Measure impact of Marketing & Communication strategy:
  • Regularly re-assess effectiveness of actions to adjust it through KPIs and benchmarking.
  • Setup dashboards, oversee and measure digital impact & lead generation efforts in conjunction with business team.o Benchmark the communication and digital presence of competitors.
  • Strongly involved, in close collaboration with the leadership team, to a branding project aiming at building an externally impactful and internally meaningful brand platform which supports historical brands, newly developed product lines as well as potential acquisition portfolio once realized.
  • Actively participate in the Saint-Gobain digital networks as well as external networks to stay informed on leading edge digital & communication strategy considerations.
  • Supervises and coordinates the customer centricity program:
  • Launch customer satisfaction survey
  • Coordinate system upgrades of digital tools to capture customer feedback and ensure data cleanliness in coordination with customer service and sales
  • Analyze customer feedbacks from multiple sources with the help of quality, sales, world class manufacturing to collectively draw an action plan to solve identified pain points and increase general level of customer centricity within the organization
  • Participate to Saint-Gobain customer centricity community
  • Participate to the internal communication effort:
  • Creates content for internal BU communication and assist local sites with their internal communication effort (French & US plant)
  • Propose & coordinate article creation for internal Saint-Gobain Group publication
  • Supervise external vendor relations: specification, tender process, partner selection, project followup, performance assessment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Master's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communication.
-
3 to 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communication
:


  • Interest for industrial, B2B and technical topics.

Strong written and spoken English and French:


  • Proven ability to lead & manage digital & communication projects with good eye for design and good collaboration skills.
  • Software some experience or knowledge of tools including:
  • Good knowledge of

CMS:
Wordpress, Drupal or equivalent

  • Social media tools including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
  • Basic mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign...) and/or Figma
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Previous knowledge of CRM is a plus (Salesforce)
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Search Engine Optimization tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Miro, TEAMS, JIRA, Confluence is a plus
