• Creating casting selections from our database or organize live castings in collaboration with the audio team and artistic directors
• Creating and distributing recording schedules related to ongoing productions
• Booking artists and negotiating rates
• Creating and filing recording contracts
• Handle talent and freelancer administrative tasks
• Populating and updating our talent database
• Providing the recording teams with the necessary material / creative elements during project set up
• Organizing various tasks associated with assisting the audio team with dubbing & voicing for videogames
• Tracking freelancer payments
• Answering phones and providing administrative support
• Quoting audio project budget
• Ensure the follow up on a project from the beginning until the final delivery

• Knowledge of the Paris talent and dubbing scene is a HUGE plus
• Demonstrate solid computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• French Native with good English skills
• Should be creative, flexible and have the ability to multitask
• Very good negotiation and planning skills
• Knowledge of the hiring process for entertainment workers
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems when they arise
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise with various support groups
• Experience in video game localization is a real plus
