About the job

The Performance and Governance Office within the global Data & Analytics (D&A) platform is looking for a D&A PMO analyst to support the PMO engagement at multiple levels within Danone, operating across a portfolio of data and change initiatives within large-scale transformation programs and individual data related projects building a strong relationship model with the business areas.

The Business Manager will report to the Performance and Governance Officer.
The position is located in Rueil Malmaison and it is a 6 months temporary contract.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Portfolio management assistant : support the Performance & Governance officer in setting a robust Portfolio management process within D&A team
  • Communication and change management : support the Performance & Governance officer in executing the communication & change management strategy that supports the Data transformation within Danone
About you

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 46 years of experience in program management, with proven experience managing large program / projects and business initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and techniques from a varied background, with IT&Data background being a plus
  • Utilisation of Service Now tool is a plus
  • English is mandatory
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to step back and analyzing capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
