You will have near colleagues working spread across the world and work in different networks, teams and groups.

You will be part of the Adaptation Parts team, daily work in a dynamic and integrated European team located in Gothenburg and Lyon and become a key player in the Uptime, Adaptation and Synergies team.

Uptime & Adaptation is a continental organization within Group Trucks Purchasing (GTP) who support Service Parts Purchasing and Vehicle Adaptation Purchasing.
This is your mission

You will be leading the purchasing activities on your scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the customers maximum satisfaction.

That means that you will secure delivery of the projects you will lead within more challenging planning than regular production vehicle project; scout and seek for the best suppliers plus bring creative and innovative solutions. You will have the challenge, source and create the ad hoc supplier base. You will also lead the negotiations and in order to secure the best QDCF-TSR performance and perform purchasing activities related to ordering, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers.
Your work will affect directly our customers satisfaction since through part of your scope you will have the chance to work on the flagproducts of our truck brands: Limited truck editions and special vehicles, body builders
This position is closely linked to our Blainville Truck factory to secure needed customizations in their production and newly built adaptation center. You will have a lot of close colleagues here to make each customized truck a success for the customer

We also believe that you have:
Master degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
3 years' experience of buyer experience, automotive is a plus
Experience in project and sourcing management
High effective written and verbal communication (English)
Strong analytical skills
Perseverance, energy and a drive to improve
Extensive experience negotiating and interacting with suppliers
Willingness to travel from occasionally to frequently based on ongoing activities

Job positioned in Blainville or Lyon, France. Occasional travelling
