We currently offer the following on site position in our office in Nanterre.

Logistic assistant (d/f/m)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception of people/drivers
Sending parcels following the DHL procedure
Receipt of parcels, identification and dispatch
Collection from customers (France, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Portugal) of parcels for delivery to the factory or other by following the DHL procedure with constant monitoring.
Organization of transport with quote for bulky equipment with or without handling.
Support the Office Manager and HR

YOUR PROFILE

You have an education, or experience in the field of administration/assistants, office management/reception, logistics/transportation.
You are flexible and recognize the priorities in the mentioned areas
You are fluent in French and English
You have a good knowledge of MS Office
