The essence of the role

The Bordeaux Engineering team are now looking for a new Software Crafter, to join our cross-functional team including Operations, Software Engineers and Product people.

Here you will contribute to the evolution of our product.

With the customer in mind, you will help us to develop new features that are scalable, integrated and coherent with other internal products.

We provide quality code in order to deliver the right service for the customers, striving to collaborate with pair programing and TDD.

mob programing daily. We aim to use eXtreme Programming practices, lean/agile values and mob programing daily.
We favorize self-organization and you have a direct impact on processes and decisions.

On the technological side, we strive to use a modern stack (Python, Typescript, AWS), but your potential personal contribution is more important than the technologies you already master.

Who are you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic team-player engineer - a great methodic problem solver always curious and willing to learn and promote new/better technologies and tools.


Requirements:


  • Eager to learn, ability to adapt, soft skills
  • Agree to work on the full spectrum of the software from writing code to delivering and supporting a service for customers
  • Some backgrounds on Operations is appreciated.
  • Education: Bachelor, Master or significant experience.
  • Experience: > 3 years
  • English spoken and written
Recruitment process

  • First screen: a 15 minute video interview with Talent Acquisition
  • Logical tests: Some automatic logical tests
  • Experience interview: 30m/1h with your future manager
  • Final round: To validate the last points that remain outstanding, on your side as well as ours
