The Challenge

The Volvo group is the pioneer of the electric vehicle for the medium duty trucks with more than 50% of market share.

We want to keep this advantage over the coming years.- With the other members of the emob team, you define the solutions of the future emob vehicle.

Who we are

The embedded system team of the BU European Medium Duty has the complete responsibility over the electronical functions and ECU integration.

We are organized in 5 agile teams. Each team member develops multiple skills and can support his/her colleagues on different activities.
We contribute to an extraordinary number of new features in all area of the truck: vehicle motion, driver interface, safety, security and emob functions.
Who you are?

You have a significant experience in electric and electronic architecture. You well know the software development and component development processes.

Thanks to your analytical mind you can apprehend complex technical topics either HW or SW.
Your relationship makes you efficient and proactive within a worldwide group or with business partners.
In daily contact with our colleagues from other sites: Bangalore (India), Gothenburg (Sweden),a good English level written and spoken is mandatory.
You want to contribute to make our product the best in class.
