- Follow up on Sales Targets together with our Sales Companies and importers.
- Setting up and executing a product marketing policy, marketing plan and budget.
- Initiate problem-solving activities in the organization.
- Provide input for Product Developments and Product Modifications.
- Representing the factory from the commercial side in the markets.
- Background in the Agricultural sector, preferably on tillage and crop establishment processes.
- At least a bachelor's degree in agricultural entrepreneurship, agricultural engineering & management, business administration, commercial economics or mechanical engineering (or similar studies).
- Not afraid to do presentations in front of large groups.
- Practical, technical and commercial attitude.
- Thinking from the perspective of the end user.
- Good communication skills in French and English. German would be a pre.
- Willingness to travel (about 40% of working hours) and work at unusual times.

Description
We are looking for a Product Application Specialist to represent our factories in our markets.
As a Product Application Specialist you are responsible for the Cultivation and mechanical weeding products that are built in our Factory in Les Landes-Genusson and Arcy sur cure in France. Together with the markets, you ensure that the current product range is well positioned and you are responsible for introducing new products into the marketplace. On a project basis you will organize global product introductions for newly developed products together with the marketing department for the Factory in les Landes-Genusson where you will also be based and will take care of the daily business with the markets. We work closely with our Product management, Service and Production department to ensure that our customer gets the product he needs at the right time and in the right quality. You will be part of the international Arable Sales and Marketing team and you work together with colleagues from the other factories in Europe to represent our Arable product portfolio.
