Une offre d'apprentissage intitulée «
Apprenti(e) en Calcul Scientifique (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Issy-Les-Moulineaux.

Cet apprentissage consistera à développer et mettre en œuvre des outils simples de simulation numérique et de mesure de performance logicielle et matérielle dans un environnement industriel de calcul haute performance.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 an (s).

Tâches et responsabilités:
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:

Prise en main d'un environnement HPC industriel: compilation, lancement de calculs parallèle, interprétation des résultats ;
Développement de scripts et méthodes de mesure et suivi des performances ;

- Évaluation de nouveaux algorithmes/nouvelles approches ;

Utilisation/extension d'outils d'intégration continue et de tests automatiques.
Compétences & Prérequis:

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC + 4 dans le domaine mathématiques appliqués et informatiques pour un apprentissage d'une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes:

Connaissance de base de la simulation numérique et du calcul scientifique

Algèbre linéaire et algorithmie;

An apprenticeship offer entitled
Apprentice in Scientific Computing and HPC (f/m) has just opened within Airbus SAS on its site of Issy-Les-Moulineaux.

You will join a team of 30 people in the Virtual Product Engineering department in charge of development of new methods to deal with complex problems outside the scope of current tools.

This learning will consist of:
developing and implementing simple software and hardware performance measurement tools in an industrial high performance computing environment.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 1 or 2 year(s).

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

Handling of an industrial HPC environment: compilation, launching of parallel calculations,

- interpretation of results;

Development of scripts and methods for measuring and monitoring performance;
Evaluation of new algorithms/new approaches;
Extension of continuous integration tools and automatic tests.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 4 level training in the field of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

Basic knowledge of numerical simulation and scientific computing
