Ouverture prévue au l'Automne 2023, ce nouveau restaurant La Renommée se situe dans un bâtiment historique du très prestigieux 1er arrondissement de Paris. Hogsalt, une société de restaurants basée aux États-Unis, recherche un/une Barman/Barmaid à plein temps talentueux, professionnel et confiant pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris.
Hogsalt n'est pas un groupe de restaurants typique. Nos clients nous connaissent pour offrir des espaces qui transportent et des plats somptueux, mais ce dont nous sommes le plus fiers, c'est la générosité que nous offrons à nos équipes. Expérience Et Qualifications:

• Assurer la bonne ambiance avec une vraie passion pour la gastronomie, notre candidat idéal s'épanouit dans un environnement exigeant et dynamique.
• Doit parler et écrire couramment le français et l'anglais.
• Le candidat possède le permis nécessaire pour travailler en France.
• 1+ ans d'expérience de travail dans un restaurant à service complet à volume élevé. CAP hotellerie préférable.
• Passion pour l'excellence, normes de service extraordinaire et attitude positive avec un esprit d'équipe.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression avec grâce et aisance.
• Doit avoir une disponibilité ouverte, y compris les soirs et les week-ends.
• Travailler en autonomie d'après des consignes de travail préétablies.

Opening in the fall of 2023 and located in a storied and historic building in the 1st Arrondissement, Hogsalt, an American-based restaurant group, is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and professional Full Time Barman/Bartender (M/F) to join our team in Paris
Hogsalt is not your typical restaurant group. Guests know us for transportive spaces and sumptuous fare, but what we are most proud of is the generosity we extend to our teams. Our service team reimagines hospitality with energy and a sense of fun. Our culinary team makes classic dishes so expertly that you'll remember why they became classics. Experience and Qualifications:

• Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. They also believe in quality, consistency, and working in a clean, organized, and inclusive environment where respect and dignity are prioritized.
• Written and verbal fluency in French and English.
• Candidates must have the correct permits to work in France.
• 1+ years' experience working in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Hospitality CAP preferred.
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease.
• Love of exceptional food, modern drink, and exquisite style.
• Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
