We are currently looking for an operations-focused
Quality Assurance Associate based in Paris and
fluent in French to join our growing team in
Paris.

The Quality Assurance Associate manages a small team and performs scheduled audits in Blueground apartments to ensure city compliance with Blueground Standards while identifying patterns and analyzing information to drive improvement in the city.


What you will focus on:


  • Conduct a variety of propertyspecific audits in both newly furnished apartments and between tenant stays to ensure the condition of apartment furniture, amenities, cleaning, and general upkeep
  • Provide citylevel and regionallevel insight into team performance throughout the Blueground property life cycle
  • Analyze data to identify trends in performance and compliance
  • Collaborate with Operations to evaluate independent vendor performance and provide support for the teams
  • Work in coordination with the QA Manager to produce a variety of reports on city and regional performance and compliance
  • Present findings to operations management and General Managers, facilitate the ongoing evolution of the Quality Assurance Department through a culture of continuous improvement

What we are looking for:


  • 13 Years of Experience
  • BA / BS Strongly Preferred
  • Experience working in a Quality Assurance related position is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License & vehicle to travel between properties is a plus
  • Ability to conduct detailed assessments of apartments & furniture
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience synthesizing data and creating presentations to simplify complex problems
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Fluency in MS Office & G-Suite

Blueground France est actuellement à la recherche d'un Responsable Qualité, capable de procéder à des audits d'inspection de nos appartements afin de s'assurer de la consistance de l'état de nos appartements avant et après l'entrée et la sortie de ses locataires.


Missions:


  • Procéder à des audits d'inspection d'un échantillon d'appartements meublés à Paris, à la suite leur ameublement et/ou après la sortie des lieux de locataires, afin de s'assurer que l'appartement se trouve dans un état impeccable.
  • Relever le niveau de dégâts pouvant avoir eu lieu après la sortie des lieux de locataires.
- Évaluer la qualité des prestations des équipes de ménages au sein de nos appartements meublés.

  • Auditer et évaluer la qualité et l'état de l'appartement avant l'entrée dans les lieux de nouveaux locataires
  • Analyser les données issues des audits pour identifier les principaux pôles d'amélioration pour le marché parisien, et être en mesure de les exposer avec clarté au Directeur général et Responsables Opérations
  • Coopérer avec le responsable 'Assurance Qualité' (QA Team Leader) de Blueground, en interagissant avec lui ainsi qu'avec les équipes opérati
