Description

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Complete change management assessments
  • Create change management strategy
  • Proactively Identify risks and resistance, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support communication, training effort
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Coach and support Change champions and sponsors
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure change success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management

MAIN COMPLEXITY / CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB:

  • Stakeholders' management in markets and at SBFE
  • Look for standardization, simplification and common ways of working where possible
  • Arbitrate between market needs and project objectives
  • Driving an SBFE perspective for process definition and adoption

  • Communication, influencing and persuading
  • Good understanding of business and technical background
  • Managing process owners
  • Experience in international environment
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work independently and also team player
