Notre poste:

The main areas of responsibility of the IT Demand & Supply Planning Leader are as follows:

  • Define vision for Demand & Supply Planning product / domain and evolution roadmap
  • Coordinates consistency of resource planning allocation and team activities
  • Compliance, methodology, standards, and Quality Assurance
  • Security, Cyber and Risk Management

Key qualifications for this role include:
In depth understanding of ERP systems (Oracle JDE preferred), PIC/PDP, S&OP, Life Cycle Management, and Sales forecasting processes

Project management experience.

Previous involvement in Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) implementation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team, fostering strong and trusting relationships.

Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Capability to engage with peers across different geographic locations.

Proficiency in coordinating resource allocation and scheduling for build, RUN, and evolution activities.

Familiarity with architecture standards and technical options within the relevant product/domain.

Fluency in English is essential for daily communication in an international context.
