SUMMARY
Autonomous vehicles will drive millions of kilometers in the virtual world before the first driverless cars hit the road. ANSYS is building the software toolchain to demonstrate safety in the virtual world prior to commercial deployment.

As a skilled product specialist with a first experience in autonomy, your colleagues will rely on you to address common challenges as you deliver reliable content to enable the autonomous revolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Product Specialist II is placed under the responsibility of the R&D Manager and works in close collaboration with the rest of the Scrum team. He/She should have a strong Computer Science background. He/she also works in close collaboration with the other Scrums of the Autonomy department to deliver acrosstheboard functionalities.
Expertise in Terrain and road logic creation (intersections ) on SCANeR and CarMaker
3D Modeling of Assets for Simulation (using Blender and internal tools)
Handling Simulation data and creating simulation data for Driving Simulators (CarMaker, SCANeR, dSpace, etc.)
Developing scripts to automate tasks (file manipulation, mapping generator, 3D format conversion, etc.)
Producing Python API Samples
Work in an agile environment to develop the nextgeneration sensors preparation tools that will ensure the management of sensors within our global simulation plateform.
Participate in scrum meetings. Interact constructively with colleagues, providing constructive feedback and insight to support team goals.
Propose and implement state of the art architecture, think "outside the box" and let your ideas be known.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

Graduated from an engineering school, master 2 or equivalent degree with significant experience of 3 to 5 years in Autonomy
General understanding of ADAS
3D modeling (or at least a basic understanding of the theory behind)
Python

- gRPC, REST, and general handling of APIs

Git
As the position is embedded in an international scientific context, a good English level is mandatory

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Experience in a simulation environment
Front end: React, Javascript, AntDesign, REST, Swagger
Back end: C# /.NET, Web API, Protobuf, Json
Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience with Matlab/Simulink will be considered
