- Assess supplier capabilities, including quality systems, manufacturing processes, and project readiness
- Lead product qualification processes for key components such as inductors, capacitors, resistors, and transformers
- Ensure conformity to design and process control requirements
- Support suppliers in applying the company's quality and manufacturing standards
- Perform audits and monitor ongoing supplier quality performance
- Manage non-conformities, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support strategic cost recovery and quality improvement negotiations
- Provide technical insight during supplier selection and product development phases
- Engineering degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Electrotechnics
- 3+ years' experience with power electronic components such as capacitors, transformers, inductors, or magnetic materials
- Strong understanding of insulation systems, dielectric testing, and manufacturing processes for high-voltage components
- Comfortable managing international supplier relationships and frequent travel (Europe/Asia)
- Analytical, proactive, and collaborative approach in complex industrial settings
- Experience in quality tools is valued but not mandatory
