AOS TPAC is a group of companies specialized in non-destructive testing, helping companies to meet their chal-lenges in terms of conformity and integrity of their materials.

The company's European base (DB Sas) is located in Nantes.

This activity is a pure B to B niche market, yet it has succeeded in designing and proposing an offer that is recognized and used by a wide variety of manufacturers worldwide, ranging from aeronautics to oil and gas, and including the metallurgy and robotics sectors.

As a result of their success, AOS TPAC has doubled its workforce over the last three years, and now has a team of 60 people supporting customers ranging from small businesses to large groups.

Built around a collaborative, expertise-driven model, the company's flat/neuronal structure ensures both agility and customer centric, thus providing a competitive edge.

Internally, this collegial organization enables everyone to contribute according to their skills, but also to take full responsibility, without any hierarchical layer.

The company is in a constant state of flux, with teams working on numerous projects on a daily basis, from ERP implementation to the development of new sales channels.

In addition, an MBO project is being prepared for the short to medium term.

Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Permanent position based in Nantes (Sainte-Luce sur Loire)_
Fluent English required_

Mission:

Working in close collaboration with Hervé SAULAIS, Managing Director, and Dominique BRACONNIER, Founder, you will work closely with all internal teams (sales, back-office, hardware, software, etc.) based in Nantes, as well as in the USA, Asia and the UK.

This strategic and multi-faceted role involves a number of areas:

As a true business partner, you will be responsible for the financial management of the various activities, in particular drawing up forecasts, monitoring cash flow and preparing the consolidation and annual statements. To this end, you will be supported by a chartered accountant and will work closely with other Office Managers (Faye, Megane, Azusa, Izumi).
Within this complex environment, you will provide attractive generic legal support for international commercial matters (15 countries) and management of the 4 marketed brands.
You will provide comprehensive HR support and accompany employees throughout their life within the company. In this way, you will help to define and attract the jobs in demand, ensure the smooth integration of new arrivals (onboarding, training) and monitor personnel administration (in tandem with Aurélie, associate).
Your missions are not exhaustive, but they are both the strength and the specificity of the company. It's up to you to take responsibility for your own field, and to involve yourself in projects that you feel are relevant to the team.

Education in this field combined with serious experience in finance (at least 7 years).

This experience will have been gained both in an accounting firm and in a company, and will have enabled you to grasp the global challenges of this type of position:
financial steering, forecasting, cash flow etc.

Experience in an essentially international environment will enable you to project yourself confidently within the existing model. At the same time, your level of English, at least fluent, will enable you to interact with teams in different countries.
A generalist background. You'll be able to bring your knowledge of HR and legal missions and meet the multiskilled challenges of this position, while also interacting easily with external partners (Chartered Accountant, Lawyers, etc.).
