With this in mind, they are now looking for their new:Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
- Permanent position based in Nantes (Sainte-Luce sur Loire)_

Mission:
Working in close collaboration with Hervé SAULAIS, Managing Director, and Dominique BRACONNIER, Founder, you will work closely with all internal teams (sales, back-office, hardware, software, etc.) based in Nantes, as well as in the USA, Asia and the UK.
- As a true business partner, you will be responsible for the financial management of the various activities, in particular drawing up forecasts, monitoring cash flow and preparing the consolidation and annual statements. To this end, you will be supported by a chartered accountant and will work closely with other Office Managers (Faye, Megane, Azusa, Izumi).
- Within this complex environment, you will provide attractive generic legal support for international commercial matters (15 countries) and management of the 4 marketed brands.
- You will provide comprehensive HR support and accompany employees throughout their life within the company. In this way, you will help to define and attract the jobs in demand, ensure the smooth integration of new arrivals (onboarding, training) and monitor personnel administration (in tandem with Aurélie, associate).
- Your missions are not exhaustive, but they are both the strength and the specificity of the company. It's up to you to take responsibility for your own field, and to involve yourself in projects that you feel are relevant to the team.

We will be able to value and evaluate in your career path several logics of trajectories and professional sequences that can echo the challenges of the position.
And, of course, you'll need to combine:
- Education in this field combined with serious experience in finance (at least 7 years).
financial steering, forecasting, cash flow etc.
- Experience in an essentially international environment will enable you to project yourself confidently within the existing model. At the same time, your level of English, at least fluent, will enable you to interact with teams in different countries.
- A generalist background. You'll be able to bring your knowledge of HR and legal missions and meet the multiskilled challenges of this position, while also interacting easily with external partners (Chartered Accountant, Lawyers, etc.).
- You know how to maintain a balance between the accuracy necessary to the exercise of your mission, and the deep agility that must be demonstrated to meet both operational and commercial challenges.
- In this niche environment, it's your business orientation and sense of teamwork that will enable you to achieve your full potential, while remaining efficient and calm in your daytoday work.
