Airbus Atlantique is looking for a
Supply Chain Quality Manager (f/m)
to join our team Procurement Operation
based in St Nazaire, France.**You will be part of a team developing and following the operational performance of major Aerostructure suppliers. As part of the POSF1 team, you will be involved in interface and development of suppliers, aiming at reaching the compliance targets and conformance to the aeronautical requirements, and also improve the deliveries and quality objectives.
You will support the suppliers to reach their ramp up challenges and adaptation to the new production rates, and also in their process modification and supply chain management.

Your challenges:
- Create a continuous improvement dynamic with your suppliers
- Create a dynamic working environment with the Airbus team and the sub contractors in charge of supplier management
- Develop the interface customer / supplier with the preFAL Airbus Atlantic Montoir site
- Improve your supplier operational performances
Your boarding pass:
- Technical expertise :tools, frameworks, regulations
- Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive or aeronautical mechanical industry
- Technical expertise required : knowledge of Quality referential and standards such as EN9100 and supplier qualification process
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools & standards such as APQP
- Very good sense of relationship
- Rigour
- English is mandatory, italian would be a must.
Salary range:
Salary range based on the required profile: 55 to 65 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
