We are currently seeking an _OMS Specialist_ _to join, inside Kering Technology department, ST&I team under OMS Tech Lead Supervision.


  • You will integrate a team composed with both IT technicalfunctional project manager and IT technical project manager
  • Your opportunity_
You will contribute to the e-commerce platform Roadmap and Run activities at Worlwide level on all topics related to the Manhattan Order Management System (OMS)

  • How you will contribute_
Master both technical and functional aspects of Order Management System (OMS)

  • Configur the OMS from basics to complex type of configurations using API
  • Followup OMS recurrent releases
  • Understand business challenges and formalizing technical specifications for solutions that meet the needs of digital teams
  • Act as the technical point of contact for other systems interfacing with OMS
  • Collaborating with other teams and our partner Manhattan on the various project phases (Design, Build, Testing, Cut Over, Hypercare)
  • Ensuring operational maintenance of production activities and the implementation of new functionalities in collaboration with the ecommerce ecosystem teams and our partner Manhattan associates.
  • Who you are_
  • You have an engineering degree or a _Master's in Information Systems_ or IT._
  • You know how to work in a complex environment with many different people._
  • You are curious by nature and have a strong interest in _new technologies_ and ecommerce._
  • You like challenges, solving technical problems and proposing _new solutions_
  • You understand and can write functional technical specifications_
  • You're_ a good teacher and like to pass on your _knowhow_
  • You're_ rigorous, autonomous, _organized_ and thoughtful_
  • You're_ a good listener, know how to challenge yourself and enjoy working as part of a team_
  • You have mastered the art of communication and know how to interact with _different types_ of people._
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)_
  • Knowledge of OMS Manhattan Active OMNI, JSON, _kafka_, Postman, Kibana, JIRA, Confluence would be a real advantage _(nice to have)_
