Chef de projet - Paris - SESAN
Description
Département de rattachement : SOCLE
Le département a pour but de concevoir et mettre en oeuvre les éléments d'architecture technique indispensables à la réalisation de l'Espace Numérique Régional de Santé francilien. Il assure également le pilotage des projets transverses interne à SESAN et processus transversaux liés à la gestion de projets.
❖ MISSIONS
Rattaché(e) au Responsable du pôle Projets Transverses & Transformation, le/la Chef(fe) de Projet contribue à la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle des projets du pôle.
À ce titre, il/elle participe activement à la préparation et au lancement de la certification HDS, en accompagnant les équipes dans la structuration des processus, le suivi des plans d'actions et la coordination des parties prenantes.
Le/la chef(fe) de projet intervient également sur les projets liés aux outils SI transverses (outils de gestion de projet, CRM…), en contribuant à leur évolution, leur déploiement et leur appropriation par les utilisateurs.
Enfin, il/elle contribue à l'amélioration continue des processus transversaux, au suivi des indicateurs et au reporting, et intervient en appui du Responsable de pôle sur le pilotage transversal du portefeuille projets.
Le/la chef(fe) de projet peut être amené(e) à intervenir sur d'autres missions en fonction des priorités du pôle et/ou du département.
❖ ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES
Préparation de la certification HDS
▬ Participation au cadrage de la démarche de certification HDS (périmètre, exigences, planning)
▬ Contribution à l'analyse des écarts vis-à-vis du référentiel
▬ Formalisation des processus, procédures et éléments de preuves en collaboration avec les équipes métiers
▬ Suivi opérationnel des actions préparatoires
▬ Coordination avec les parties prenantes : équipes SI, SSI, métiers…
▬ Organisation et animation les réunions de pilotage
▬ Suivi des rendus et des actions dans le cadre des thématiques
▬ Accompagnement de la conduite du changement
Outils SI internes
Participation à la mise en place, à l'évolution et au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des outils SI transverses (outil de gestion de projet, CRM, etc.)
▬ Recueil, analyse et formalisation des besoins des utilisateurs
▬ Organisation et réalisation des phases de recette fonctionnelle
▬ Contribution aux mises en production et au déploiement des évolutions
▬ Appui à l'accompagnement des utilisateurs et à l'appropriation des outils
Gestion de projets transverses
▬ Participation au pilotage opérationnel de projets transverses, depuis la phase de cadrage jusqu'à la livraison
▬ Participation à la coordination des contributeurs issus de différents départements
▬ Animation des réunions projet et des ateliers de travail
▬ Définition, production et suivi d'indicateurs
▬ Participation à l'amélioration des processus transverses
▬ Appui aux équipes projets dans l'appropriation des pratiques et outils de pilotage
▬ Contribution au pilotage transversal du portefeuille projets, en appui au responsable de pôle (PMO)
Vous disposez d'un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 dans le domaine des Systèmes d'Information, de la gestion de projet, ou domaine équivalent.
Vous justifiez idéalement d'environ 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, acquise dans des environnements transverses, incluant des contextes de transformation et d'amélioration des organisations. Vous savez analyser et formaliser les besoins, les traduire en plans d'actions concrets et piloter leur mise en oeuvre en lien avec les parties prenantes
Compétences requises
▬ Maîtriser la conduite de projet en informatique (expression des besoins, planning, cahier des charges...) ;
▬ Expérience dans le pilotage de projets transverses et de transformation des organisations ;
▬ Appétence pour les outils CRM, gestion de projet incluant le recueil des besoins, le suivi des évolutions et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs ;
▬ Capacité à définir, produire et suivre des indicateurs de pilotage projet et d'activité ;
▬ Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de pilotage projet (Excel, PowerPoint, outils collaboratifs).
