Shape the future of B2B with us


As HR Business Partner (M/F/x) Sales, you will play a key role in supporting our international sales department in our French entity.

You will report into the HR Business Partner Senior and work closely with the HR teams in Paris and Hamburg.


  • You will advise our managers and employees on labour law and HRrelated issues in a solutionoriented manner.
  • You will support employees within your scope (100 people) at all stages of their development: onboarding, skills development, career development etc.
  • You will develop effective working relationships with Business Leaders, so that you can guide and coach them to resolve conflicts, enhance team effectiveness, increase employee engagement, and ensure support of organization changes and business plans.
  • You will coordinate performance review processes, from probation assessment to annual reviews.
  • You will contribute to continuously improve the HR processes and participate in other HR projects when/if needed.
  • You are eager to learn an take on new HR projects
