We are looking for a Intralogistics Project Manager to join our team and help us achieve the next Intralogistics level.

The position
As intralogistics Project Manager your main tasks will be as follows:

Project management and driving processes and plans. Design the full solution with vision on future of site
Follow the corporate program, facilitate, and contribute to project meetings and activities including setting agendas with stakeholders
Prepare business blueprint, development & testing, validation and hyper care phases of the project
Act as one point of entry for novoWMS (SAP EWM) at EC Logistics team.
Coordinate implementation of future fleet management in connexion with new warehouse management system, project activities and indirect resources

Qualifications:

You are an Engineer and you have a Master in a relevant field combined with up to 13 years of project management experience
You have experience working or implementing automated warehouse management system and a deep knowledge about SAP ECC and or PAS-X
You have excellent project management skills and you have a proven track record of driving complex projects. You have excellent communication and presentation skills and you are also fluent in written and spoken English.
You have experience in collaborating successfully with many different stakeholders across functions and at different organisational levels, including senior level management and in an international environment.
It is a plus if you have experience in working with AGVs and if your experience is from the pharmaceutical industry, in particular supply chain

About the Departement

As intralogistics Project Manager, you will be situated within Intralogistics, Fill/finish Expansion Project at Site Chartres and will be in communication and coordination of projects and programme within intralogistics globally.

This will involve following the intralogistics global agenda, driving the local IL agenda and ensuring better practices are shared between sites and alignment is done inter-site.

You will be responsible for the coordination of the different intralogistics projects in the Expand Capacity Logistics portfolio and responsible to implement the new Novo Nordisk Warehouse Management System - SAP EWM working in close collaboration with the corporate warehouse management system team, the SAP engineering partner and the automation partner.

The Intralogistics PM reports to the Logistics Sr PM.
