Ambition to define an exceptional guest experience and a hunger to learn
Previous experience in a similar high volume restaurant is an asset
Ability to multitask under pressure

Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
A good command of the English & French languages

Zuma Cannes

The latest addition to our international portfolio and our first restaurant in France, Zuma is coming to the French Riviera in summer 2024._
Situated within the emblematic Palm Beach, a historical building first inaugurated in 1929, Zuma Cannes will be a standalone restaurant open all yearround serving Zuma's signature menu on the Côte d'Azur._
Zuma Cannes will feature a full restaurant, spacious terrace with retractable sails, a sushi and robata counter, a large private dining room, various spaces for parties and events for up to 400 people, and an indoor and outdoor bar with DJs playing relaxed beats._
