    As a Financial Business Controller for Western Europe you are a central contact person and key driver for all controlling topics within our Western HUB team.

    You will work closely together with the local controlling teams in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Greece and Turkey as well as the commercial teams in the HUB (Retail, Wholesale, Marketing,...).

    What you can expect:

    • Preparation and implementation of an efficient budget planning process for the whole HUB by setting up timelines, defining guidelines, consolidating figures and evaluating and finalizing the planning figures in collaboration with the local controlling and operational teams in the markets in order to ensure that target results are reached.
    • Analysis and monitoring of the current trading performance (Actuals vs Plan) of the HUB and all countries: Preparation of reporting packages and specific analyses for the management in order to identify and raise awareness of any potential budget overruns or unusual developments; Preparation of documents for decision making.
    • You will be the Business Partner and main controlling counterpart for our Wholesale Team; Support the Wholesale team with required analysis and recommendations for actions in order to further grow the business. Drive the Wholesale Franchise Expansion by preparing and evaluating business cases and strategic project documents from a financial perspective.
    • Preparation of ad-hoc reports and dashboards required by the management
    • Implementation and further development of existing reporting and controlling tool

    This list of tasks is not exhaustive and will be complemented and determined by the specific business needs at HUGO BOSS.

    Your profile:

    • Master's degree in economics, business administration or related areas
    • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling ideally in a textile/ready-to-wear environment or audit/consultancy firm
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and good knowledge of an ERP system, ideally SAP (FI, CO-PA)
    • Analytical strength and excellent communication skills
    • Confident and professional appearance at all levels of the company
    • Team spirit and proactive attitude is part of your DNA
    • Fluent in English. German or/and French would be a plus
