JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify new business opportunities for RENPHO in the country, with an emphasis on offline retail via big chain stores.
  • Meet with potential customers/clients both virtually and in person.
  • Develop a pricing strategy to enable all sales channels to coexist and thrive together.
  • Develop existing channels of retailers and distributors.
  • Analyse data and create reports to identify areas of business growth for each sales channel.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.

FORECAST & PLANNING

  • Oversee all business and forecasts within the country for all sales channels, online and offline.
  • Carry out sales forecasts for each sales channel and consolidate all account forecasts for a smooth supply for all customers.
  • Manage customers' orders with the help of our logistics department and warehousing as appropriate.
  • Closely work with the finance team to make sure budgeting and forecasts are aligned and make sense from a financial perspective.
  • Implement processes with customers and internal departments to improve the working flow, communication, and business operations most efficiently.

MARKETING

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams when necessary for promotional strategy/budgeting and activities.
  • Contribute insightful information when requested, with regards to local market and consumers' habits, our industry, and competitors.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing Key Accounts in Consumer Electronics Retail
  • Preferably within the Health / Fitness / Wellness industries.
  • Established network and close relationships with key category buyers within major retail stores.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Great strategist and fastlearner, able to always advocate for the brand, especially in the presents of business partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Native in French and professional working level English
  • Social Team Player, capable of inspiring and elevating our team.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Multitasking, flexible and creative
  • Ability to travel often (countrywide, and internationally)
