Description
Traffic Manager- In order to navigate Coty's Content transformation, the CDO Content Team is looking for a & Traffic Production Manager to support Brands and their dedicated Content PMOs, as well as creative partners of which COTY Content Hubs, by coordinating volumes, timelines and priorities with PMO, brand and country teams to ensure seamless workflows and ontime delivery of assets.
Collecting the collaborative briefing documents from each brand via the different dedicated Content PMOs
Assigning projects to Content PMOs based on brand knowledge, priorities, and availability
Thanks to their consolidated view of projects, the Traffic & Production Manager is in charge, In collaboration with the PMOs and brands, of identifying the right type of creative partner for each project (In-House Studio, External Agencies, Fashion House or Content Hub) and advise on possible mutualization for Content Hub projects if relevant.
Following the timings on all projects, driving timeliness according to established group retroplannings, and alerting brands & dedicated PMOs when needed to ensure the smooth running of projects
Connecting creative partners with the Content Adaptation Bureau, ensuring compliance with the timing for uploading assets to the PIM and DAM
Liaise with brands, creative partners (In-House Studio, External Agencies, Fashion House or Content Hubs) on gathering continuous feedback to improve processes
Ensuring all brands are adopting and respecting new timelines and new co-creative Production processes; nurturing the continual upgrade of processes and playbooks integrating timelines, operational, internal, and licensor constraints, and deployment to brands and countries.
Global lead on the Asset Readiness Tracker coordination and reporting to measure timeliness and adoption/wastage of assets in pilot brands and countries.
Ensure the tracker is filled in by the markets for all projects followed, and lead the migration to online tool.
Tracking of all campaign projects, asset volume and budgets for pilot brands; overview of PO creation for COTY Content Hubs on behalf of the brands using themProfile
Prior experience as traffic manager in agency or production house
Understanding of brands, creative, and production roles
Strong project management skills & process creation and implementation
Excellent interpersonal, communication and pedagogical skill set
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of urgency to prioritize and orchestrate tasks
Strong attention to details and technicalities, excellence-driven
Excellent leadership skills & operational drive, people-oriented and results-driven
Proven success working with different levels of management and within fast-paced and evolving environments
Knowledge of 360 needs
Business acumen and keen interest for the beauty and luxury industries
Strong negotiation skills
Proven track record of coaching and mentoring talents, including senior profiles, genuine care for helping out
Fluent in English, which is the working language
