Description

Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Service Centre Support Administration to support the purchase order function, book courtesy fleet, manage the facilities on site such as meeting room booking, staff attendance register, stationary management and office support function

This is a unique opportunity to start with blank sheet of paper and design programmes that truly maximise our special culture of sustainability and innovation.

What you will do:

Administration support for the service centre and site manager
Organising collections/drop offs of customer vehicles and courtesy fleet.
Chasing order numbers and ensuring payment deadlines are met
Meeting room management, stationary management
Making sure the Health & Safety policies are respected
Training records and staff attendance register management
Banking register
Vehicle and municipal / harbour permits for various locations

We would like you to have:

Previous experience in a Customer Service role within a Vehicle Service Dealership is preferred but not essential
Open attitude to learning and being part of a team
Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Great customer handling skills and putting the customer first
Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload and conflicting deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn
Time management skills
