Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Manages partnership with Manufacturing and Commercial Excellence functions.
  • Establishes annual sales budget and incentive goals.
  • Develops and administers large, multiplant customer agreements and directs purchasing efforts.
  • Develops customer, trade partner, and supplier relationships to enhance business profitability and customer relations.
  • Collaborates with operations to develop and implement effective go to market strategies and marketing plans.
  • Coordinates and researches industry trade functions.
  • Leverages data and analytics to drive insights; implements metrics to measure results to support new sales, retain current customer base, and enhance company strategy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience

  • Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree, 15+ years of experience, and experience leading a team of senior managers over multiple geographies.
Knowledge and Skills

  • Possesses indepth experience in sales, marketing, and customer service management.
  • Possesses solid understanding of industrial plant production processes.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, and is able to communicate throughout all levels of the Company.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Possesses excellent time management skills.
  • Able to plan, direct, and manage towards future goals and objectives.
  • Proven skills in analytical problemsolving.
  • Demonstrates sound business judgment, strategic focus, and excellent decisionmaking skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership, management, and coaching skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Travel may be required.
