Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager F/M.


THE POSITION


The Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager is responsible for the recruitment of permanent staff - from needs assessment to employment contract signature - and all actions related to the external reputation and employer branding of SEF.


He or she supports the HR Managers in their tasks and works with all the members of the HR Operations team, within the HR Operations Department, under the responsibility of the HR Director Deputy.


RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Recruitment & Talent Pool

  • Monitoring the market and making proposals in the event of a shortage or tension in the employment market
  • Challenge the recruitment policy and challenge the pool of partner recruitment agencies
  • Weekly activity monitoring dashboard
  • Followup report to HR management and the Board
  • Internal communication of vacant positions
2/ Employer Branding

  • Employer Branding: implementation of the action plan designed and validated by HR leadership team
  • External HR communication
  • Propose and set up actions to enhance SEF reputation within high schools (Campus Management)

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Master of higher education with a major in Human Resources
  • Minimum 7 years of experience you have ideally worked within a Recruitment Agency
  • Excellent skills of recruitment method
  • Proactivity and ability to innovate and propose the right solutions
  • Business Partner with a good understanding of the company's businesses
  • Rigour / Autonomy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Internal Customer orientation
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of the office pack (Word / Excel)
  • Skills in HR marketing
  • Good knowledge of HRIS tools and social networks

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary: 65,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
