The Euronext Corporate Services team is composed of over 180 professionals that combine a strong local footprint across Europe with a deep understanding of global capital markets.

Key accountabilities

Support the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with Euronext's stakeholders, prospects and influencers
Contribute to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity through a strong relation with the local Corporate Services team: identifying highpotential accounts, leading prospects meetings with prepared advisory pitches, raising the local ecosystem's awareness for our advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc ) and reporting activities in a CRM
Deliver advisory support and analytics for clients accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team
Monitor clients' investors relations activity (share capital evolution, investors' CRM management, road books) and producing clients periodic market updates and listing reports
Produce and present Shareholder Analysis Reports based on client feedback/market trends and help build client relationships/develop reference accounts
Analyse local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and completing shareholder analysis reports for listed companies in Europe of all market sizes and sectors
Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour
Explain client movements in shareholder base vs. market/sector/peers
Be responsible for client engagement and loyalty, creating and establishing productive, collaborative and trustful relationships in high quality standards of missions' delivery
Participate in the evolution of the services' content by identifying clients' needs and fostering crossselling of Advisory & IR Solutions, serving Shareholder Analysis clients, demoing IR.Manager and of other Corporate Services solutions

Profile:
