Job description:

Your LittleBig responsibilities

As part of the Sustainability team based in Madrid, you will support the Sustainability department and strategy by implementing various key actions and especially supporting the development of our Sustainability Offer, Connect for Good.

Your key missions will be:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
In close collaboration with our Sustainability Director and our Account Managers, you will contribute to the development of our Connect for Good offer by:

Developing our community of sustainability experts
Sourcing experts to answer our clients' needs
Contributing to the business offer reporting (followup of key datas, etc.) and the administrative management of the offer

CONTENT CREATION:
In close collaboration with our Sustainability Director and our Marketing Team, you will contribute to the creation of new contents on Sustainability by:

Writing and updating articles about our Sustainability journey and our Sustainability business offer
Writing business cases to highlight some of our Connect for Good missions and experts

PEOPLE ENGAGEMENT:
In close collaboration with our Sustainability Director and our Communication Team, you will contribute to engage our employees on Sustainability by:

Creating various contents (masterclasses, workshops, newsletter, etc.) to raise awareness on Sustainability internally and externally
Supporting the projects of our Sustainability Committee
Leading Employee Advocacy and encouraging our colleagues to become Sustainability ambassadors

You will report to Jonas, our Sustainability Director.

DEGREE:
Academic training in Business and/or Sustainability - ideally, it's your end of studies internship

First experiences in Business Development and/or Sustainability are a plus

SOFT SKILLS:
You have an entrepreneurial mindset : you are autonomous, proactive and always looking for innovative ideas

You are sociable and curious : you like to exchange with different stakeholders

LANGUAGES:
French is your mother tongue, and you also speak, read and understand English - as the company is international, it's key for us
