Key responsabilities

  • IT
○ Google Workspace Support

  • Digital
○ Managing incidents and service request via Ticket system (Jira)

○ Qualification and escalation of tickets

○ Communication with stakeholders in the group and regional IT and eCommerce teams

○ Maintain IT systems in operational conditions including a real time monitoring and supervision

○ Ensure the services quality (SLA respect)

○ Follow a problem / crisis management including conception and communication of RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

○ SLA reportings


Working relationship:

International scope.

  • Internal: Digital, Marketing, IT, Regions,
  • External: Services providers (Revenue Management, CRS, PMS, CDP, CRM,)

Qualifications, experience and Soft Skills

Qualifications & experiences:


We're looking for:

  • Experienced in incident and service request management, capable of collaborating with international teams:
  • Degree in informatics or project management or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Professional experience in service management (e.g. ITIL)
  • A Good knowledge of Agile tools (Jira & Confluence)
  • Fluent English & French (German, Spanish and Italian appreciated)
