KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Agency Directors, you will be responsible for the following tasks

• Ensure the physical and telephone reception of the agency
• Updating the listings on the various internet portals
• Attend sales meetings
• Using John Taylor marketing tools
• Feeding information into John Taylor CRM
• Keeping files and mandate folders up to date
• Ensuring that the offices are well organised and tidy

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.

Responsible, autonomous, organised

Fluent English
