As a Senior Produc Manager within Bioderma Marketing Division, you are responsible for the development and strategic management on a global scale of PHOTODERM & PIGMENTBIO.

Attached temporarily to the Brand Director, you perform the following missions:

Due to mobility requirements, this position is open only to PHOTODERM or PIGMENTBIO experts in country to promote Campus exchanges and in order to deal with franchise issues.


PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Responsible for the results (sell in sell out) of your categories
  • Proposes a 3year product development plan for your ranges
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative studies with consumers, pharmacists and doctors on the products (concept, formula, pack).
  • Leads and coordinates the development of new products for specific subsidiaries (France, Turkey, Brazil, China).
By following the internal process with all the departments concerned.

  • Defines the concept and the marketing mix of new products.
  • Build and animate product workshops during international and regional seminars.
  • Analyze the performance of new products and existing products (sellin, sellout, prescriptions, profitability)
  • Establishes a marketing watch on the strategy of the competition (brands / products / concepts / mix marketing) and leverage learnings.
Knowledge and/or experience in a MEDICAL environement is a must have.

Master degree :
Business School - Private or University.

Knowledge of French language is required.
