As our Dutch-speaking Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, management & execution of Dutch elements of the brand launch campaign.

Your key responsibilities would include establishing protocols with our new creative agency, approving creative - making sure it's right for our Dutch speaking markets - and co-ordinating day-to-day operations.


This opportunity is a fixed term contract starting from April up to November 2023, working on a part time basis of 3 days per week.


  • Internal Use only this role is a Grade D, Travel level 2, based in London (KP) or Paris offices._ _

We're seeking someone to:

  • Develop and deliver brand creative.
  • Provide brand stewardship ensuring all creative executions stay true to the brand values, guidelines, are fit for the Dutch speaking target audience and integrated across media.
  • Actively ensure relevant stakeholder approval on all creative work at every stage of the project.
  • Champion media innovation by showcasing "best in class" examples and encouraging experimentation.
  • Produce contact reports and project updates, to be cascaded to both internal and external teams as part of owning and driving the plan forward.
  • Anticipate risks and issues, proactively recommend solutions at all stages of the strategic/creative/production development process.
  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Creative and Media Lead, the wider media & creative team, brand team, agency teams and partners across the business.
  • Champion creative effectiveness through thorough and regular measurement

Requirements:


You will need:

  • Experience in a similar B2C role, either client or agencyside, on a large consumer brand.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch, with an understanding of dialects.
  • Highly skilled in writing strategic creative briefs.
  • Understanding of creative best practices on paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Experience assessing creative against a brief and brand strategy.
  • Experience understanding a brand's values and tone of voice and reflecting that in all communication.
  • Strong people skills and a proven record leading and delivering campaigns/projects, as well as managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Skilled in managing and getting the best out of creative agency partners.
  • Creative thinker with great diligence and good creative judgment.
