    Job Summary

    This is a backend developer role that involves working on the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs using Python and Django.



    Responsibilities:



    • Spearhead the creation of scalable, efficient backend systems to meet evolving business needs.


    • Contribute effectively to technical decision-making processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.


    • Analyze existing codebases, identifying opportunities for improvement while prioritizing reliability, scalability, performance, and technical debt management.


    • Maintain high standards for code quality through rigorous testing practices; conduct peer reviews ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering.


      • The Role requires a high level of autonomy, with experience in building SaaS products. It also demands awareness of technical debt; strong written communication skills including clear documentation are necessary. Additionally required are flexibility in an international environment & an open-minded approach towards teamwork.
