Are you drawn to nature and the great outdoors?

Do you possess a solid understanding of products in this sector?

Do you have 3 years of experience in supply chain and retail, preferably in a similar role?


Join us for the position of
Retail Allocator W/M on a permanent contract (CDI) and take charge of managing and optimizing in-store supplies to enhance product availability, productivity, and sales, all while overseeing stock flow and margins.


DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks:

  • Define and implement the product layout plan in stores (depth, cadence...) while adhering to the assortment plan and operational constraints.
  • Calibrate, plan, and ensure weekly replenishment of stores.
  • Analyze sales and store stocks, codefine action plans with the network and D2C teams to improve availability or flow.
  • Plan and oversee stock flows for new store openings, renovations, or closures.
  • Organize stock returns at the end of the season.
  • Plan and monitor physical merchandise flows with the D&T.

To accomplish this, you will need to:

  • Collaborate closely with merchandisers to ensure the successful execution of the merchandising plan and provide feedback on the current season to inform and build plans for upcoming seasons.
  • Collaborate closely with market planners to optimize stock availability in stores (quantities, quality, cadence).
  • Develop and validate, with the allocation manager, regional directors, and/or store directors, action plans to be implemented weekly and for the next season based on the analysis of sales and store flow over the season.
  • Analyze and challenge store managers' stock needs based on performance and defined strategy.

With the aim of, notably:

  • Determine the right level of instore stocks and the correct cadence at the beginning of the season to maximize sales and product flow in line with the defined assortment.
  • Independently manage store replenishment.
  • Analyze sales and store flow performance and define and propose action plans to improve availability.
  • Be the primary point of contact for inquiries related to stock management and optimization in stores.
